Rebookly
AI receptionist for barbershops, salons, spas and studios

Every call answered. Every booking kept. Nobody pulled away from a client.

Rebookly answers your phone, books the appointment into your calendar and keeps the record. Your team stays with the client in the chair, and no customer is left unanswered.

From $49/month · 14-day trial on Calls · No card to start

A stylist part-way through applying colour, both hands committed.
A treatment room prepared and still, with no phone anywhere in it.
The problem

Managing the book by hand costs you twice.

Once in the time your staff spend on it, and again in the business that walks away when nobody answers.

An open paper appointment book on a salon reception counter, entries crossed out and rewritten, a pen across the page and the phone handset lying off the hook beside it — the job Rebookly takes away.

The interruption

A client is in the chair. The phone rings. Someone stops, wipes their hands, finds the book, finds a free slot, writes it down, and goes back to a client who has been waiting. Then it rings again.

The unanswered call

When nobody can pick up, most customers do not leave a message. They call the next shop. A missed call is not a missed message — it is a booking that went somewhere else.

The book itself

Double bookings, no-shows nobody chased, and the regular whose usual barber or stylist nobody wrote down. A book only works while one person carries it in their head.

What Rebookly does instead

The phone is answered, the booking is made, and nobody moved.

The call is answered at once

On your own number, every time, day or night. The assistant says plainly that it is an AI, and speaks English, Spanish, French or Arabic — whichever the caller uses.

It books from your real calendar

It offers only times that are actually free for the barber or stylist the customer asks for, and books the slot during the call. Moving or cancelling works the same way.

The booking lands in your calendar

With the customer’s name, their history and what they asked for — in the same calendar your team already works from, so there is never a second version of the truth.

You find out afterwards

Between clients, on your phone, in a glance. The only time Rebookly asks for you is when a person is genuinely needed.

Getting started

Your number stays yours. Rebookly gets one of its own.

We give your shop a dedicated phone number. Then you choose how calls reach it. Each option is a setting on your phone or with your carrier — nothing to install, and you can change or switch it off whenever you like.

Option 1

Forward every call

Your number keeps ringing for customers exactly as before; the phone on your counter just stops. Every call goes to Rebookly.

Option 2

Forward only what you miss

You answer when you can. When the line is busy or nobody picks up, the call goes to Rebookly instead of voicemail.

Option 3

Use the new number directly

Put the Rebookly number on your door, your Google listing and your Instagram. Customers call it, and it is answered every time.

Most shops start with the second option: nothing changes on a call you pick up, and Rebookly takes the ones you would have missed. Forwarding is switched on and off in your phone’s call settings or by your carrier, on any phone and any network.

Who it’s for

If you take appointments and answer your own phone, this is for you.

The problem is the same whether the chair is a barber’s, a stylist’s or a treatment bed. Someone is booked in, the phone rings, and the only person who can answer it is already busy.

Barbershops

Single-chair shops and small multi-chair studios, where the person cutting is the person answering.

Spas and treatment rooms

Facials, massage and body treatments — appointments measured in hours, where an interruption is not an option.

Hair and beauty studios

Women’s and men’s salons and studios — colour, cuts, nails and styling, with several stylists and several calendars.

It knows your shop

Not a message-taker. A receptionist who knows the book.

  • Your staff, your services, your hours. It books only what you offer, with whoever is actually working.
  • It never double-books. A slot is either free or it is not.
  • It remembers regulars — their usual barber or stylist, their usual service, the language they prefer.
  • If a barber or stylist has not set their hours for a week yet, it holds the time and asks them, rather than promising a slot that is not real.
  • Anything it cannot handle goes to a person, with the context, instead of a ringing line.
An owner greeting a client who has just walked in, giving them full attention instead of a phone.
Calls + Messages plan

Customers who would rather text get the same receptionist.

WhatsAppSMS

On WhatsApp and SMS the assistant replies with choices to tap — a service, a barber, a day, a time. Booking, moving and cancelling take a few taps and no phone call, and the confirmation arrives in writing.

Your team sees every conversation, and a message that needs a person is handed over rather than guessed at.

Smart QR Coming soon

They walk in, scan, and you know they’re here.

The first time, they scan the card on your counter. No form, no app, no account — they’re recognised, and you get on with the appointment.

Every time after, it is one tap. They scan, they are checked in, and the shop sees them arrive without anyone looking up.

A small card showing a QR code, standing in a slim holder on a salon reception counter. From the customer's side this is the entire system — one card, and nothing else to install or fill in.
The app

The smallest part of the product.

Most of Rebookly happens in the call and the conversation. The app is what you glance at between clients, with one hand: four screens, nothing to configure, and if you go a whole day without opening it, nothing is waiting for you.

Both plans put the AI on your phone. Calls + Messages also puts it on your WhatsApp and SMS.

Prices in US dollars, billed monthly. On Calls + Messages, the number and the SMS carrier registration are handled by Rebookly, and WhatsApp connects to your own WhatsApp Business account in a few taps. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI voice minutes; additional minutes are $0.15/min. Minutes are counted as the time the call is actually connected — not rounded up — and the Calls plan is the one with a trial.

WhatsApp Business

Your WhatsApp Business account stays yours.

You connect your own WhatsApp Business account, through Meta’s embedded signup, in a few taps. Rebookly then manages that account on your behalf as your technical provider — but the account is yours, and so is every conversation in it. We are the plumbing, not the owner of your customer relationships.

  • Message data is used only to run your own conversations.
  • Conversations are never shared between businesses.
  • We never sell message data and never use it for advertising.
  • Customers can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.
